Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has an unmistakable texture and black currant nose. Firm tannins envelop the wine locking in its vibrant dark cherry color. Wonderful earthy and floral tones give it complexity as it pushes some very dynamic fruit tones forward. Suitable for red meats, game, lamb, and duck.
Cowtown Red (Barolo)

Deep in color, this high tannin, full-bodied wine has a robust plumy flavor and a fragrant bouquet with oak undertones. Delivers a crisp, astringent bite when fresh, somewhat tamed by ageing. Serve with roasts, steaks, prime rib, lamb, and mild cheeses.
Ebbtide Red (Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend)

A medium bodied red, easy to drink, that can be slightly chilled. Savory fruit aromas combine blueberries with hints of cedar and pepper notes – flavor follow suit with a hint of oak. This wine pairs well with chicken, pork, and lamb, as well as with a variety of pastas with light sauces.
Merlot

Pinot Noir

This luscious and fruity wine has a rich flavor reminiscent of plums. This medium bodied red wine is perfect for aging. Pairs well with slow cooked red meats or with wild game.
Rojo Grande (Rioja)

The most prestigious among dry Spanish table wines. It is potent and fruity with a distinct tang due to high acidity. Enjoy flavors of cloves while pepper and toast are evident in the finish. Serve with spicy foods and tomato-based pastas.
Shiraz

The soft and supple texture coupled with the unmistakable white pepper spice make this wine unique. As this wine ages, it will develop leather and tobacco tones. Excellent with red meats but enhances chicken dishes and mild cheeses.
Zinfandel

This is a deep colored, high alcohol and spicy toned wine. Famous for its jammy and plum fruit aromas, this wine provides great length on the palate and will age very well. Serve with heavy red meat dishes.
